Types of Autodesk Software Licenses

Note: If the software is acquired in the European Economic area (EEA) the software may be issued in any of the EEA member countries. If software has been acquired outside EEA then Autodesk only allows use of software in the country where it has been purchased.
If you do not accept the terms of the End User License Agreement, the installation process will stop and provided that it has not been copied, installed or uploaded you may return the software to be returned to the place the software was acquired within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Autodesk products are not sold; rather, copies of Autodesk products are licensed to the end user. UNLESS YOU HAVE ANOTHER AGREEMENT DIRECTLY WITH AUTODESK THAT CONTROLS AND ALTERS YOUR USE OF AUTODESK PRODUCTS, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE APPLICABLE EULAs FOR THE RESPECTIVE PRODUCTS BELOW APPLY TO YOU. Do also note that the EULA differs in various Autodesk products and may differ by geography.
These EULAs may change without notice and is for referral purposes only. You are bound by the specific EULA applicable to the products you have purchased and installed. Please consult your product to see the applicable EULA. Please refer to the Step Guide for instructions to search for the EULA in your Autodesk product.
The End User License Agreement appears during the process of installation. Please read this agreement carefully and print it for future reference. If you accept the terms of the End User License Agreement, you will proceed with the installation of the software and you will be bound by your obligations under the End User License Agreement.
If you do not accept the terms of the End User License Agreement, the installation process will stop and you may return the software to Autodesk within thirty (30) days of purchase.
This is a typical Autodesk End User License Agreement (EULA), although different EULAs will apply to different Autodesk Products.
The EULA specific to your Autodesk product can be found by following the steps below in your product.
Select About on the Help menu, click the Product Information button, then click the License Agreement button.
