Cancellation: If you want to cancel your order, you may do so and obtain a full refund within 7 days. However, we cannot refund your money if the Goods have been used, worn or damaged. Where Goods are returned to us you are responsible for the cost of delivery back to us in an undamaged and saleable condition.
Software: Once software has been opened or installed, we CANNOT accept it back. Most software is available on a trial basis and we will be happy to assist in order that you can satisfy yourself about its suitability for your needs.
Goods damaged in transit: These will be replaced with new Goods. Please ensure that you check immediately the condition and quantity of Goods when they arrive and refuse the delivery if they have been damaged in transit. Contact us so that we may despatch a replacement quickly and minimise your inconvenience.
Faulty Goods: Please contact us as soon as possible if Goods you have purchased from Our Website are faulty.
