Computershare is a global financial administration company with offices worldwide.
With 8 offices in the UK, we were approached by our client, a Sussex-based construction and refurbishment specialist within the high-end property sector, to assist with the provision of CAD services.
Our client had installed HVAC equipment within Computershare’s new offices in Edinburgh and had a requirement to produce as-built CAD drawings in order to provide a record of the installed assets for the Facilities Management team at Computershare.
Being a small and busy company, our client, although an occasional CAD user, on this occasion preferred to outsource the task of producing the as-built drawings to a reliable local partner.
With a full project workload, this enabled them to focus on the delivery of this and other projects to their own clients rather than having to skill-up for this occasional CAD requirement.
Using the original CAD design drawings plus the as-built mark-ups, we produced 8 drawings plus subsequent revisions showing the installed positions of air conditioning and ventilation services equipment.
