Case Study: Scan-to-BIM
Project: Kneller Hall
We have been appointed to create a detailed 3D BIM model of a number of buildings, including three heritage buildings, which are to be the new home of Radnor House Upper School in Twickenham.
The site is a grade II listed former Ministry of Defence building known as Kneller Hall, which housed the Royal Military School of Music, training musicians for the British Army. It was also home to the Museum of Army Music.
Altogether we are creating building models for the three heritage buildings and two more modern accommodation blocks on the site, together with the immediately surrounding topography.
It’s a challenging task but one which the Benchmarq team is very experienced in delivering, having undertaken many similar projects for clients in recent years.
